CareCalendar is a web based system we are using to organize meals, and other helps for families and individuals during a time of illness or life changing event, such as the birth of a baby or death of a family member.

Listed below are the families or individuals that are currently or soon-to-be needing our assistance.  When you click on the link provided below their names.  

CareCalendar Need

Go to http://www.carecalendar.org/

Enter the Calendar ID and the Security Code:

Calendar ID:  48539 and Security Code:  3514

Click the available need (highlighted in red) you wish to fill on the calendar.

You will be directed to the need details screen.  Enter your information and when finished click the sign up button at the bottom of the screen.  On the need detail screen you will find any food allergies, meal preferences and the recipients address.  If you click "more details" under the recipients address, on the left side of the screen, you will be directecd to a map and driving directions screen.  You will receive an email reminder before the need is to be filled.

*Note: When sending a meal please try to use disposable containers in order to alleviate the need to return them.
